Subscriptions and top-ups are sold to you by Stripe as merchant of record, not by us. Stripe charges the payment and sends the receipt; see section 6 of the Terms.

Consumer disputes
If you are a consumer and something went wrong, please write to us first; most problems can be solved by email. If we cannot solve it together, consumers may use the dispute resolution bodies listed by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), vvtat.lrv.lt. You can also go to court; section 17 of the Terms explains where.
Data protection
Contradicto is the controller of your personal data. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights. Our supervisory authority is the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), vdai.lrv.lt.
